Prices and orders

Prices are shown in South African rand. The checkout displays the items, delivery charge, applicable taxes and total before payment. You can review and correct your details before placing an order. We will email an order confirmation and a shipping update when your parcel is dispatched.

If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unavailable item. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.

Payment

Pay securely using the payment methods offered at checkout. We do not ask for your full card details by email, telephone or message.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Our Shipping policy and Return and refund policy form part of these terms. Delivery options in South Africa are PEP store collection at R95, Aramex home delivery at R120, or Courier Guy home delivery at R195 per order.

Estimated delivery is 1–3 weeks from placing your order, including order processing and delivery. This estimate applies to all delivery options.
