Shipping policy

Delivery in South Africa

Choose PEP store collection at R95, Aramex home delivery at R120, or Courier Guy home delivery at R195 per order. For PEP collection, we will confirm your preferred store before dispatch. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery timeframe

Estimated delivery is 1–3 weeks from placing your order, including order processing and delivery. This estimate applies to all delivery options.

Order updates

You will receive an order confirmation by email. We will send a shipping confirmation when your parcel is dispatched, including tracking details where available.

Your delivery details

Please enter a complete street address and a contact number at checkout. If you need to correct an address or ask about your delivery, contact us as soon as possible at orders@avessia.co.za or 069 114 7312, quoting your order number.

Delays or delivery problems

If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact us so we can investigate and help resolve it. Your rights under South African consumer law remain unchanged.
